چکیده
In comparison to regular concrete, scoria concrete is lighter on its own, has a higher strength, performs better during earthquakes, and at insulating heat. It good chance of being used in modern engineering structures, which can successfully reduce the weight load building. This paper substitutes for 20% cement, fly ash 10% recycled aggregate 30% coarse by processing waste that accumulates city using specific technology. The research’s findings be design construction building envelopes extremely cold climates. compressive strength thermal properties self-insulated blocks were simulated software ANSYS finite element software. block structure’s theoretical heat transfer coefficient 427810428 W/(m·K), accordance with requirement enclosure conductivity not exceed 0.5 W/(m·K) areas extreme north. tested values compared. product provides reference civil construction.

Experimental Study on Punching Performance of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Thin Wallboard with Single-Layer Reinforcement
Recycle Aggregate Concrete (RAC) is a common “green” product used for a variety of purposes, although the durability and strength of the material still need more research to adequately determine influences on these parameters. The failure pattern, punching bearing capacity, and deflection variation of wallboard of both ordinary concrete and RAC with various rebar reinforcement diameters and spa...
متن کاملComparative performance of concrete pavements with recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) and virgin aggregate subbases
Using recycled concrete aggregate (RCA) as base/subbase for road construction is alternative way to manage construction waste and reduces the need for virgin aggregates. This paper discusses the long-term performance of concrete pavements on RCA granular layer in comparison to concrete pavements on virgin aggregate granular layer. 18 representative RCA pavement sections across Iowa were primary...
متن کاملPerformance of Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement Containing Recycled Concrete Aggregate
In 1995, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) began reconstruction in Houston on a section of IH-10 with continuously reinforced concrete pavement (CRCP). The unique aspect of this project was the use of crushed concrete as both coarse and fine aggregates in the new concrete. No virgin aggregates were used. The primary objectives of this study were to evaluate (1) the material propert...
متن کاملEnhanced Performance of Recycled Aggregate Concrete with Atomic Polymer Technology
The atomic polymer technology in form of mesoporous inorganic polymer (MIP) can effectively improve material durability and performance of concrete by dramatically increase inter/intragranular bond strength of concrete at nano-scale. The strategy of MIP is fundamentally different from most additives currently on the market for industrial applications. When MIP is added to a concrete or masonry ...
متن کاملExperimental Study on Thermal Conductivity of Self-Compacting Concrete with Recycled Aggregate
The research focuses on the use of recycled aggregate (RA), from waste pieces generated during production in precast plants for self-compacting concrete (SCC) manufactured with a double sustainable goal: recycle manufacturing waste (consumption) and improvement of the thermal properties of the manufactured product (energy efficiency). For this purpose, a mechanical study to ensure technical fea...
